The Akkarai Sisters have emerged as one of India’s foremost violin duos, known for their sublime rendition of Carnatic classical music. They are much sought after in the Carnatic music circuit for their solo and duet performances as well as their superb accompaniment of many vocal and instrumental stalwarts of Carnatic music. In this concert they will be accompanied on the Mridangam by Maestro Jayachandra Rao. A concert not to be missed.
