Protest Lines is a concert, a community sing-in, and a call to action. On November 15 at The O’Shaughnessy, One Voice Mixed Chorus performs music of protest and resistance, then invites the audience to raise their voices and learn the songs that have carried movements into the streets. Together, singers and audience will honor the role of music in sparking change, fueling courage, and building community across generations.

Our ticket prices honor landmark moments in protest history:
$9.13 celebrates the Women’s Suffrage March of March 3, 1913.
$28 commemorates the March on Washington on August 28, 1963.
$69 honors the Stonewall Riots of June 28, 1969.
$90 remembers the Capitol Crawl for Disability Rights on March 12, 1990.
$1969 pays tribute to the enduring legacy of those who fought for queer liberation and all who continue that struggle today.

Each ticket is more than admission – it’s an act of remembrance and a step toward carrying this legacy forward. Audiences will experience a blend of traditional and contemporary protest songs, and then join in singing the anthems that still move us to action.

Protest Lines is a true community gathering for our times: urgent, joyful, and rooted in hope. Join us to listen, to sing, and to rise together.
