The O’Shaughnessy Ticket Office is located in the Northwest corner of The O’Shaughnessy’s lobby.
Currently the Ticket Office is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12pm – 4pm for walk up and phone sales. If you have an urgent question about your order, please leave a message and we will get back to you at the earliest convenience. Please do not contact Etix directly.
On the day of a performance, the Ticket Office will be open two hours prior to showtime. Tickets are available 24 hours a day at this site.
Most events at The O’Shaughnessy require tickets. Prices and policies are set by the presenting organization or promoter. Discounts for students, seniors 65+, MPR or TPT members, groups, etc. are offered at the discretion of the presenter.

Like all venues, The O’Shaughnessy charges fees for various ticketing services. We strive to keep these fees as low as possible while maintaining service.
- Restoration Fee: Most admissions include a $2.00 Restoration Fee. This fee is included in the face value of your ticket.
- Phone Order Fee: All tickets purchased by phone are subject to a $5.00 fee per order.
- Online Service Fee: Tickets purchased online are subject to a per ticket fee that offsets the cost of the ticketing service. These fees vary by ticket price.
- Ticket Delivery Fee: No Fee for in-person ticket printing or Print-at-Home/Mobile Tickets. $1.50 charge for US Mail or Will Call.
Tickets purchased in person at The O’Shaughnessy Ticket Office are not subject to order or delivery fees. All tickets include the Restoration Fee.
We are happy to welcome your group to The O’Shaughnessy! Whether you are celebrating with your family, your colleagues, or just out enjoying the Twin Cities arts scene, we want to ensure that you have a pleasant experience at our theater.
For most O’Shaughnessy Presents events, discounts are offered for a minimum of 10 guests (exact discounts listed on specific event pages). Questions regarding group sales can be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org or Ticket Office Manager at 651-690-6759.
Look for the $5 Tickets Badge on this website and around campus. This indicates that you can get tickets for just $5 for that performance with a valid St. Kate’s Student, Faculty or Staff ID! It’s our way of giving back to our St. Kate’s family!
For most events that do not have the badge, you are still eligible for $4 off tickets. Choose the “St. Kate Community” option.
The O’Shaughnessy requires that everyone entering the theater must have a ticket – this includes toddlers, and infants, even if they will sit on a parent’s lap. That said, many shows at The O’Shaughnessy are not designed for young audiences; if you have a question about whether or not a show is appropriate for your child, please call the ticket office.
The O’Shaughnessy offers seating for individuals in wheelchairs, along with accompanying companion seating. If you have an accessibility request, please explain it to the ticket office when you call to reserve tickets, and we will do our best to seat you in a location that accommodates your needs.
We also offer Assisted Listening Devices free of charge. Please request an ALD at the Ticket Office when you arrive for your event.
ASL interpretation may be available upon request. Please email Nora Bengel with an explanation of your needs.
Tickets are sold with a “No Refunds, No Exchanges” policy. In extraordinary circumstances, exceptions may be made at the discretion of staff. Refunds are not available after the event has passed.
Exchanges are limited to performances within the same Event Series. If you need to exchange dates, please contact the Ticket Office at least 24 hours prior to the event. If the tickets you are exchanging into are a higher price than your original seat, you will be responsible to pay the difference when completing the exchange.

Events at The O’Shaughnessy may be sold as Full House events, or Main Floor only. Some events include seating in the Orchestra Pit, some do not.
Please note that The O’Shaughnessy does not have an elevator. Please keep this in mind when purchasing tickets on the balcony level.
Performances at The O’Shaughnessy begin promptly on time. Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate break in the performance.
Recording devices are prohibited from the theater at all times. Out of respect for fellow audience members, we ask that all light-producing and noise-making devices are shut off before entering the theater.
