Tickets can be mailed out via U.S. Mail or emailed free of charge; there is an additional $1.50 charge for holding tickets at Will Call.
The O'Shaughnessy Ticket Office is currently operating on summer hours, from May 23 through September 3, and will be open 12:00-5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, closed on weekends. If a performance occurs on a weekend, we will open two hours before performance time. The Ticket Office is located in the Southwest corner of the O'Shaughnessy's lobby.
Tickets are available by calling 651.690.6700 between 12:00-5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday (May 23-September 3).
Tickets are also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online. If you experience any difficulties purchasing tickets online, please contact our ticket office at 651.690.6700.

Refunds and Exchanges
The O'Shaughnessy will gladly exchange your tickets within the run of a show, and within 24 hours of the event for which the tickets have been purchased. All exchanges will be even exchanges, unless exchanging into a higher tier - in this case, the patron will need to provide payment equaling the price difference. The O'Shaughnessy does not offer refunds. Any refund will be made at the discretion of the Ticket Office Manager.
For most events at The O'Shaughnessy, discounts are available for students and seniors (age 65+). For most events presented by The O'Shaughnessy, discounts are available for St. Kate's students, faculty/staff, and alumnae; often, discounts are available for ACTC students and faculty/staff as well. Please call the ticket office or refer to the event page on our website for detailed lists of ticket prices and discounts.
Discounts available for SCU Students, Faculty, Staff, and Alumnae are now offered online as the ticket type "StKateCommunity."

The O'Shaughnessy offers seating for individuals in wheelchairs, along with accompanying companion seating located in the same area, and holds seating for patrons who are hard of hearing or visually disable. If you have an accessibility request, please explain it to the ticket office when you call to reserve tickets, and we will do our best to seat you in a location that accommodates your needs.
A $2 Restoration Fee has been built into the price of all tickets.
Orders taken over the phone will be assessed a $5 handling fee. This fee is assessed per order rather than per ticket, i.e. the fee is $5 regardless of the number of tickets purchased.
Orders processed online will be assessed a per ticket convenience fee based on ticket price.
Orders taken in person at the ticket office are not charged any service fees.
Group discounts are available to most events at The O'Shaughnessy. The minimum number needed to request a group rate is 10 guests. Questions regarding group sales can be directed to the Ticket Office Manager at 651-690-6759.
Please note that The O'Shaughnessy does not have an elevator. Please keep this in mind when purchasing tickets on the balcony level.
Children at Performances
Performances at The O'Shaughnessy begin promptly on time. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the Event & Administrative Manager or House Manager.
Recording devices are prohibited from the theater at all times. Out of respect for fellow audience members, we ask that all light-producing and noise-making devices are shut off before entering the theater.
