No Time for Poverty (NTFP)  presents Eric Gutman in From Broadway to Obscurity, a show about one man's struggle to get to the top of his game, and then the struggle to find his place when the game has ended. Gutman will take the audience on a journey through current musical theater songs as well as a parody of lyrics to tell the story of an actor's time in New York, and deliver amazing stories from behind the scenes of the four-time Tony and Grammy Award winning musical, Jersey Boys. Gutman will showcase the dream of performing on Broadway, and the realization of his true dream to coming back home to raise a family.

NTFP is a Minnesota based 501(c)3 corporation that developed, constructed and operates a 9,000 square-foot pediatric clinic in Port Salut, Haiti. Serving thousands of children per year, it offers the finest in urgent and primary care, dental treatment, well-baby evaluation, vaccination and parent education. Food supplementation has saved the lives of hundreds of severely and moderately malnourished children. The presentation of Eric’s journey to fill his dream will help fulfill NTFP's own dream.
